Our Transaction Coordinator service is a team of dedicated members, with many years real estate experience.  As “independent” TC’s our objective is to provide  the property owner, landlord, tenant, and agents with efficient, effective management of your real estate paperwork to a timely, successful transaction closing, in compliance with the contract and various governmental agency regulations.

Transaction Coordinators (TCs) perform a variety of functions. They are not all alike. The process can be as simple as only collecting signatures on documents, to a full hands on file management. Full service includes a time line management to ensure that all deadlines are met for contingencies, tracking loan progress, and setting up inspection appointments. The principal TC is a California licensed broker with over 16 years of transaction file management. The team will help you manage the reams of paperwork and time lines necessary to track the progress of your home sale or rental agreement documentation.

We are readily available by phone, fax and email to communicate with you. You will be notified of what to expect at the “next step” from all parties and kept informed every step of the way.
